About Me

If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken a courageous first step in seeking support, and that takes real strength. Whether you’re facing a crisis or simply curious to understand yourself better, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but it’s so important to find someone who feels like a good fit. My aim is to ease your load, not add to it, and I offer therapy for as long or as short a time as you feel is right for you.

When we begin our work together, we’ll spend the first few sessions getting to know you—exploring whatever parts of your story you feel ready to share. I see therapy as a collaborative exploration of your mind, with you leading the way. As we continue, we’ll work together to identify patterns that might no longer be serving you, gently exploring their origins and making space for growth—all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

While my core training is in psychodynamic therapy, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. My background has given me a deep appreciation for the ways unconscious communication and early experiences shape our adult selves. Some sessions might focus on the present, while others may delve into the past. Whether we’re working dynamically or sitting with quiet stillness, your needs will guide our process.

I strive to create a non-judgmental, affirming space where you can feel truly seen and supported, whatever your journey may look like. Together, we’ll uncover and build on your inner strengths, helping you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and am passionate about helping you gain greater insight into yourself, your relationships, and the interplay between your conscious and unconscious mind. My areas of special interest include boundary setting, childhood trauma, LGBTQ+ affirmation, identity exploration, shame resilience, non-traditional relationship structures (such as non-monogamy and polyamory), sexuality, kink/BDSM, gender, and self-discovery.
